Tony Lama® made the cross between casual and work boots with their TLX™ boots. The shoulder, which is bullhide, is a thick and tough hide. The TLX™ Comfort Package has a great insole that keeps your feet feeling great all day. The rubber sole has good grip to it, and the roper toe and heel is easy to wear.
