A Little History of AA Callister In 1952, Arthur A. Callister began trading wool with his father in a little shop on Redwood Road in Salt Lake City, Utah. Noticing how many customers were in need of quality tack to outfit themselves and their horses, AA Callister's Western Wear and Tack was born! Over 50 years and many satisfied customers we are still a family owned tack shop still located on the original site. We are proud to represent the traditions and lifestyles that made the West famous. What is your Shipping Policy?
AA Callister Shipping Policy: We require a complete street address to ship our items to. No PO Boxes please. Unless specified by our customers, orders will be shipped via UPS ground service. We currently cannot accept orders outside the United States and Canada. **Extra shipping charges apply for express freight services**

AA Callister Return Policy: We guarantee our products will arrive in new and working condition. Item(s) can be returned if in an unused, unwashed and resaleable condition (in its box if it came with one) within 30 days of purchase. What Customer Service help do you offer?
Orders placed will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Items to be over nighted must be placed before 2:00 PM MST. You will receive an email when item has been shipped.
